The Aromatherapeutic Side of Pine Resin

Today we're discussing the basic of harvesting pine resin and delving into the aromatherapeutic side of this medicinal sticky substance.
I prefer to collect fresh pine resin from Eastern white pine trees, as there are many studies on this tree.
It's also extremely abundant in my area. My preferred way to extract the essence of pine resin is to burn it over a soapstone as shown in the video.
