Northern Venture, passing Port Huron on July 8th 2024

Northern Venture - The newest addition to McKeil Marine’s fleet, built in 1998, she was purchased as the M/V Da Shen in 2022. After an extensive refit, she is the first self-unloader in the fleet and will mainly be operating in the northern Great Lakes. She is 508.5 feet long, 72 feet in beam with a capacity of 19,651 tons and is sailing under the flag of Canada.
