You should do it where instead of one tip vs every hero, it’s one tip WITH every hero. Like have one character and then one tip on how to play well with each other hero.

Great video! Just a singular note regarding Torb's turret: it's never really Mercy's job to deal with, but since her pistol has no falloff she can easily outrange it if she sees it (providing he's not babysitting it). You can get free, safe damage on it and destroy it if your team isn't but it's causing problems.
I think it's a similar situation where this is Zen and Lucio job as well to break it. Anyway, even if it's not your job, you should do it. As Reinhardt, for example, I use firestrike to break the turret if nobody did it yet.
@@MarceloCostaPlaxsin Yes, almost exactly the same! The caveat is if Mercy just damage-boosts another hero who is shooting the turret, it will go down the fastest (depending on distance/falloff; team co-ordination/rank matters). It's a very situational tip, but something to keep in mind when nobody is touching the turret and it's getting good value.

One thing I want to add, if your ana sleeps an enemy, please DMG boost your Ana instead of whipping out your pistol.
The tips to have higher chance to survive cassidy ult was actually insane and very usefull for everyone

General tip: spin in circles with res
If you have to spin its a bad rez, spining is disorienting and makes it hard to find a fly path.

also, idk if this actually works, but spin while you’re in the air or rezing if there’s a sniper on the other team. it helps reduce headshots and helps your chance of living (i think). also crouch randomly :)

One more tip against widow and hitscans and snipers in general: if you really really need to cross a path where a hitscan is waiting for you and you don't have a safe routing and have to hope for the best, by flicking your crosshair 180 degrees quickly mid guardian angel, you may be able to prevent a headshot by being less predictable. But note that mercy's head hitbox is still very much visible from behind when she ga's, so turning her head to face away from opponents doesn't do much good.
Valkyrie is also great against scoped in heroes when mercy can approach them from blind spots and side angles with her free flight and use of terrain, because when they are scoped in, their movement is slowed down and they don't have vision of the mercy player. This allows for very quick burst of headshots as they are only really moving sideways when scoping in, so they are not going to be strafing your pistol fire.
Best mercy tip is to CANCEL Ga by pressing it second time,to not fly over into 6 enemies
This is actually depending on your Mercy settings. Toggle GA ON you have to press it a second time whereas Toggle GA OFF you only have to let go of it to stop
That Cassidy is a solid tip. Good for all heroes, really.

I think she missed something on Torbjörn. Im a GM T500 Mercy Main myself and Mercy in Valk can easily take down the turret, even in his ult, Mercy outheals herself when in Valk :)

Wait, you're telling me if a roadhog solo ults me I can actually survive?
If he doesn't pin you against a wall with it, or catch you right in the face, I think it's one of the easier offensive ults to survive on Mercy (or any skinny mobile hero). You want to get away, he wants to push you away, really you're helping each other.
Of course, if he gets you at point blank range and you're taking the entire ~800dps or so, you're gone before it pushes you far enough.

General tip should have been, wait out for the good moment to rez because i swear every mercy i see go fly on the corpse as soon as an ally die. And sometimes its even worst to go rez then keep the guy you are healing alive.

Respect to all the Mercy mains, you keep the team going
The amount of mid-master DPS smurfs who shit on others for playing Mercy, and then are often seen duo queueing with a Mercy/worthless without damage boost is hilariously high. People never acknowledge that the whole "boosting" concept can easily go both ways, and that there are SO many DPS players who fall 300-400 SR out of GM as soon as their Mercy doesn't play with them.
I sometimes play her depending on what the second support picks and I see hit scans but man it's eye-rolling when this one Cassidy player I had in a Plat match said in VC 'Can I get a Mercy/Ana because I'll be able to 2 shot?' Mercy becomes a crutch for a lot of bad players and it definitely shows when she's not in the picture or they're not getting pocketed because we sadly have the heal bot player.
It should be a no-brainer to not rez in front of the enemy team but it still happens so much in Plat that it's annoying. Strangely, when I play Mercy, I seem to only have trouble super jumping when nothing is going on but then I'll manage it to avoid shatters or get to a body that's just out of range XD
How does one perform this super jump? I've literally just seem it in this video here and my mind has been blown away as a mercy main

crouch+ga at the same time. at the end of your ga, press space (or jump). if timed right this should result in a super jump! :] it's super fun to practice, and really rewarding when done usefully

Would've liked to see a indication for damage boost priority for every hero (even though I don't need it it can be handy for people who don't often play mercy). Also can't Mei just freeze you out of rez?
Mei’s freeze isn’t fast enough to stop rez from what I’ve seen.
Cast time for Rez is 1.75 seconds, minimum freeze time is about 1.5 seconds. Unless she's very fast on the trigger, you're probably getting it off.
(Of course, you're practically guaranteed to die immediately, so it's still a very bad idea unless the suicide rez makes tactical sense.)
if you're still looking for this information, niandra has done a lot of good videos on damage boost priority, and I like their general philosophy: there are no bad damage boost targets, just better ones
When you’re in plat or lower they expect you to have gold heals as mercy all the time or you’re told you’re throwing … when the dps runs to their the side of the map
Good Rule Of Thumb keep a medium distance from your team so you don't get hit by splash damage, take advantage of your very strong mobility to play around cover, OR if you are healing somebody you can play off the map so nobody can keep LOS on you without being in a bad position, I shouldn't have to say this, but don't do this against sombra, you will be inting
Do 1 bastion spot for every map

If you are below gold, my recommendation is to play bap. He does a lot of damage, heals a lot, and has a lot more carry potentional.

you have to trust on your allies to play mercy, her whole point is to enable them, if your team isn't trustable then don't play her
is no one gonna talk about how buggy the earth shatter is? @@ me and my friends have several occasions where we superjump BUT we still get shattered
it's about timing and making sure you have super jumped early enough that you are out of the vertical range of shatter. a lot of people don't realize that shatter has a vertical range. also, in general, it's better to just be out of shatter distance in the first place. don't rely on super jump to save you from positioning errors.
