So the cooperative is terrible. The only reason that aspect is there is to sell the game. I'm surprised you don't address the terrible rules that came with the kickstarter version. The game was unplayable.
We figured out most of the rules through Board Game Geek forums, then contacted the designer directly who clarified our remaining questions by return. We were assured they had a revised version covering all the issues, but it was an oversight that we said nothing at all.

As I said at the start, it’s a solitaire game, so why wouldn’t I just do a jigsaw? But it’s portable, pretty, engaging and the 2 player variant is very interesting.
