These last couple are so semiconscious so regardless of tone and rhythm, they'll sing/say their lyrics in burst, almost like that nervous guy at a party trying to fake out being cool, just to be called out to do it at the party and this song made me think of that like "i'm totally a superhero, I can leap this party and rock out and play guitar or whatver" just for someone to hand them a guitar, motorcycle and start recording. Where sure the guy makes a nice song and its entertaining watching him crash (and survive, i'm not a monster) he just didn't put much time in the lyrics. Just throws me off our songs start getting shorter and shorter by each day and out of convenience they (like our movies) start getting too short for me, I mean we went from 12 minute ballads to a 20 second looping of songs.
