Being a huge Mario fan, my husband has convinced me that I need the switch in my life. I might hold out for the new one that may come out this year.. but this video really excites me! So many incredible games ♥️
Great job as always. You are the best and I love your content especially the video game ones. I’m a 54 year old geek that loves gaming lol. Very relaxing!
Splatoon was always one of my favourite Nintendo series I recommend it if your a fan of first person shooters or online video games it’s a very unique and interesting take on the fps genre
I'm glad to see that Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity is on your list of games to play eventually. I love that game! It really helped to develop the characters from Breath of the Wild and made me love them even more. It also introduced one of the best Zelda characters, in my opinion. Great video, as always!
I don’t really collect games, but I’ve never sold or gotten rid of any either, so I still have a fair amount. My most valuable are SNES games like Final Fantasy III, Metal Warriors, Earthbound, and Worms Armageddon for N64. All of which were gifts back in the day, with the exception of Worms which was one of the first games I bought myself as a kid.
If you want to get into monster hunter stop everything and go into the training area. Use every weapon and beat the ever living stuffing out of the tetronadon dummy until you find something you really synergizes with you. I did this and fell in love with the hammer.
Oblivion has my favorite world in any Elder Scrolls game. I played it at launch so I get really nostalgic for it. It might be hard gameplay wise to go back to it after Skyrim, but well worth it. Also, keep an eye out for Skyblivion if you have a PC!
That's actually crazy, you said most of the people you spoke to about Legends Arceus said they didn't enjoy it? I saw soooo few people say that didn't enjoy it that I was actually shocked at that comment lmao Also, I have Pokemon New Snap, it's fun and the graphics and visuals are gorgeous, I highly recommend
Love the game shop vids. This one hurts a little. Shows how many games Nintendo slaps on some new paint(or doesnt) for people to rebuy on a new console. Granted, it does allow people who have never played them to experience the games. Just a frustration in our gaming world for those that have been around since the 2600.
I wish games still came with manuals and stuff. Remember when a lot of games also came with posters folded up in the case as well and the manuals actually had like tips and tricks and Easter egg stuff in them, now that's all gone 😭
Fantastic video! You should definitely try Pokémon Arceus. I really enjoyed it. It’s very different. It takes the focus off of battles with the Pokémon and is more about collecting them. Though you do battle a little bit with wild Pokemon or trainers/researchers. If you like wandering and exploring, you’ll likely have fun!
Genuinely surprised at something you said during this: *everyone* you spoke to who had played Pokémon Legends: Arceus didn't like it? Really? I'm honestly surprised there are that many people out there (that played Legends: Arceus) that didn't like it! I've been a huge Pokémon fan since gen1, but I have to admit the more recent showings (like Shining Pearl and Scarlet/Violet) have been pretty disappointing for me, but Legends was amazing! Genuinely the most fun I've had with an official Pokémon game in the past decade! I'm not even a big fan of open world games in general, so I was honestly expecting to dislike it, but I was totally wrong, and it was super fun! And since you are a fan of open-world games; you'd like it even more! I also think fans of the Let's Go games will enjoy it too, since the catching mechanics are more fun than the main series stuff and are just different enough to add a layer of enjoyment! I seriously recommend giving it a shot some time, especially now we're getting another Legends game hopefully in the same vein in the future!
IMO the best way to get into Monster Hunter Rise is to watch Gaijin Hunter's guides on yt, especially covering mobility and what the idea is for each weapon.
I’m a bit late but Kirby and the Forgotten Land is definitely worth it in my opinion! I wasn’t particularly interested in it but I was bored and bought it and I did not regret it at all. The artstyle is really good, the gameplay is fun, each level is really unique, and there’s a lot of post endgame content! I definitely recommend playing it if u pick it up :D
You were definitely wise not to open Super Mario 3D All Stars. It has skyrocketed in price recently (now that it's out of print). Metroid Dread is another one people should cop before it gets too expensive
I don't know who you talked to but, Pokemon Legends Arceus is the best Pokemon game of all time. There is a reason the entire Pokemon community erupted with excitement last week when they announced Pokemon Legends Z-A. Arceus was that good, had they given it more time to cook (like they are giving Z-A) it probably would have won Game of the Year that year, no joke. My favorite Pokemon game of all time if you haven't caught that already. A tip to play it with a Pro Controller tho.
I like oblivion more than Skyrim in a lot of ways, but I like more rpg in my elder scrolls so that’s why. There’s more stats, more ways to create and build your character, and it just feels way more rpg. If that sounds appealing, you’ll love it. If you end up playing it on pc you can find mods for just about anything.
Anyone who likes Lugi's Mansion 3 should definitely check out the Dark Moon remaster. As much as I love 3, Dark Moon is still my favorite, and I think many who own a Switch probably didn't have a 3DS to experience it. Overall very similar, but surprisingly good graphics even on 3DS and equally entertaining.
Really cool collection and nice to see physical games. I don't want physical to ever go away so it's good seeing people who still buy physical I just realized the 1 year anniversary of zelda is coming up soon. Which is kinda hilarious because I still haven't beat it even though I've never stopped playing it LOL I have over 250 hrs in it and still have only done 3 regions I love it though. Almost don't want it to end. I think it's top 10 of all time and I'm not even a big nintendo fan (more of a playstation guy)
I dont really agree. Arceus is by no pure metric, feeling and opinions close to the best pokemon ever made. Its on the lower end of the spectrum for me personally. But each to their own i guess
Woah 😮that's a big collection and I'm sure you have some digitial content 😃Do you know how many games you have offhand on switch? Ill say 300 games! Great asmr love it!
You have a very good Taste of Games🎉😊 and its so nice that a beautiful Wonan like you, have nerdy Hobbys 😊 For Monsterhunter rise...ply it Online..the japanese Player, will help you through all Monsters😂 And Oblivion is awesome and more RPG then Skyrim. But Skyrim and Witcher3 are my Favorite Games. Animal Crossing i played for over 1600 Hours. Its so Relaxing😊 Pokemon Scarlet was wonderful..and you must Play the Life is Strange Game. They touch much Heart..so wonderful ❤
Awesome collection! Have you considered looking into Splatoon? Specifically Splatoon 3 for switch as that has the largest online player base. 3rd person shooter based on squids/octopi using ink with a single player story mode campaign, 4v4 pvp modes as well as a 4 vs waves of enemies mode (salmon run) and even a turn based card game! There is also a DLC which includes a Rouge Like single player campaign. I have 600 hours and couldn't recommend enough! Fast paced gameplay, amazing soundtrack, cool characters and a very rich lore. Been my top series for a few years now 🤙
About Oblivion, learn from my misfortune! You *absolutely must* do research on the leveling system before you play. I don't know if they fixed it, but when I played I had to abandon my campaign because leveling was completely broken in a really weird way. See, instead of giving you points to assign manually to different skills/stats when you level up, they portion out stat/skill improvement according to what you did to gain exp. So if you kill most of your enemies with a sword you level strength and bladed weapons, but if you fight more with a bow you level dex and ranged. It *sounds* good, but there's a problem. If you split your kills between sword and bow, when you level each one rises by half a level, but the *enemies'* strength scales per level, full stop. If you're not min-maxing by using only one method to kill things, you get to be level 8 or 9 fighting level 8 or 9 enemies but your sword and bow skills are both stuck at level 4.5. Good fucking luck. I ended up stuck in an area I couldn't leave without killing certain enemies that my character was 100% not able to kill, through no fault of my own. Honestly mystifies me how something like that could make it through play-testing.
💥QUESTION: What are your favorite Switch games or which game are you excited to play soon? Comment below! 🎮
I really enjoyed the Pokemon Diamond and Pearl remakes! Brought back alot of great memories!
I am really liking Mario vs Donkey Kong. 💙🧡
They just announced the new Pokemon Legends game, I've played Legends Arceus for as long as I could, so this one will be a treat I believe (and hope)
Breath of the Wild! It initially got me into getting a Switch to being with. Crazy it’s already 7 years old!
Breath of the wild, Tears of the kingdom, octopath traveler 1 and 2

That is a collection worthy of a member of gaming royalty

My favorite switch games are Mario Odyssey, Mario kart 8 deluxe, Luigi's Mansion 3, splatoon 3 and Mario maker 2 :)
Great list!

You have definitely gotta pick up the Sam and Max remakes for Switch! They're fantastic remakes of the old point-and-click telltale games!
Thanks! I'll check them out!

Do you have any the Xenoblade Chronicles Games? There's an awesome collection for them on the switch.
