Today, as part four of our vowel series, let's perfect your uuuuuuuu vowel!
In this video, we look at /u/ tongue position and I give you /u/ do's and don'ts...so you can optimize your resonance and avoid tension.

The check for tension isn't my favourite part. Last week I pressed a pen under my chin to get rid of the tension and made a bruise.
ouch! That's not good. I suggest gently using the thumb. Take it easy :)
