Drawing Scarlett Johansson

Hey everyone, I decided to try my hand at something a little different. I chose to do a portrait of a person, this being of Scarlett Johansson. This is pretty much my first time doing a portrait of a someone, so I didn't want to invest a ton a time in doing this piece mainly because I wasn't sure how it would turn out. I definitely have some areas I need to improve on and need some more practice, but I hope you all like it.

I'm in love. Very great job I now have more of a crush on her LOL. Were you like this at a young age or did this take time and schooling. Want to know because I'm trying to get into more detailed art like this but I'm only in high school and know that this will take time. I used to just do copy work like looking at a picture and just free drawing the best I could but I would like to be able to get detailed and really get good at shading and what not. Any tips please
