Hi Joselyn! Make sure you are taking your potassium and magnesium and that your vitamin D levels are good and iron if you’re anemic. Also, it’s not good to drink just plain water. Your body doesn’t hold on to it… Try adding some lemon, or a capful of apple cider vinegar, or liquid minerals, etc.. Only then, will your body benefit. Loving your hair! Abrazos! 🫶🏽

Absolutely, I love it so far, the price is ridiculous tho, is like $30 but is holding my hair very well & is basically the best dry shampoo you can purchase, is against oils, sweats & all of that ❤️
