@@flameosaurus1832 I love this album, but imagine if they had kept the solo in Hate, cut a couple of the lesser tracks, and kept the full version of Outlaw. What an album that would be.
@@JaellesDrums But they can cut some part of House Jack built or Bleeding Me to add this solo, this song would have 2 solo like Outlaw Torn, First Kirk dolo them boom James give a Badass solo
@@mehmetsinanaydn5982 Yep a few times and they play it really fast lol. If they did that on the record they could've fit a solo without cutting any songs
Time constraints sadly. The full version of Outlaw Torn was also sacrificed. They should have kept all the good stuff and made Load a double CD in hindsight.
Tabs aren't even correct most of the time. Spend time learning things by ear and you'll never have to look at those tabs again. I only use them when I really can't figure something out. Even then I use them just as inspiration.
Sadly, none of this demos have tabs. The story so far (Mama Said) has some nice leads byt nobody has done them. Time to improvise and use the ear I guess.
Y'all keep saying how they should've kept the solo. The solo is cool, I agree with that. But going back to the album version I don't have the feeling anything is missing, it still feels like a solid definitive song, even after having heard this version with the solo.
Cut off the last third of that solo, and it’s pretty good. It gets a little noodly, but that shouldn’t have been reason enough to entirely scrap it. It must have been because they thought it would drag out the song or some shit
Because for the most part, when they write songs, they come up with the music first and the lyrics later, this was done at a stage in which Hetfield had an idea of the vocal melodies, but hadn't written any actual lyrics yet. About the solo, I have no idea, and it would've made the song a lot better!
The solo was removed as the length of the album was too long to fit on a CD. So they needed to remove 2 minutes. This solo was removed and the ending to The Outlaw Torn was faded out.
They should've kept the solo. It fits so well.
Wasting My Hate is one of the most underrated Metallica riffs ever
its one of those riffs you can listen to in the car
It’s so fucking groovy
It's so simple, yet so heavy. Glad they gave it some credit in the end of Seek & Destroy live performances.
Imagine if metallica recorded a song like this, but didnt have lyrics and just had James going "Yeah" for 6 minutes straight.
Listen to "Skimpy" by Metallica. It's pretty much what your looking for
I'd buy that
I will never for the life of me understand why they cut that solo.
The only reason that makes any sense is that they cut it because the album was too long
@@flameosaurus1832 I love this album, but imagine if they had kept the solo in Hate, cut a couple of the lesser tracks, and kept the full version of Outlaw. What an album that would be.
@@flameosaurus1832 Yeah, reason why Outlaw Torn ends in a fade out instead of the full jam.

If the final version had the 2:38 solo it would be amazing
Probably the best Load solo was wasted...
Its really a shame, James could at least perform in live
The best solo is a bit of a stretch.. maybe just one of the more upbeat.
They played it live once I think, look it up

Some parts soundes cool but the best Load solo?🤣 Give me a break...
2:48 is the only part the song needed to improve. Original is good as it is but that part would've been a great addition. We need more Hetfield solos!
WHY DID THEY HAVE TO LEAVE OUT THAT BADASS SOLO?!?!?!
Possibly due to time restraints
But damn it does suck and so im working on a version with the original song
Not enough time on the CD. Outlaw Torn was also cut over a min.
Why, Just WHY they removed that kick ass solo??????
HEREGE101 the overall time of the album was too long so they just cut great parts I guess

that clean tone at the beginning is so good
Those strings sound fresh as fuck
I want this version but with the final versions vocals
The solo is cool but far from perfect, needs a lil revising, its very improvised..
Sorry you can't get it cuz they never recorded it
Sad

Is there a tab for the solo? Really want to learn it
Maybe this could be a chance for you to learn to play by ear. I wanted to learn it as well, but since there's no tab, I was going to learn it by ear

I like the acoustic tone on the demo better

I wish Travis Barker would do drum covers of Metallica songs.
Why did they cut the solo!
О, тут соло есть!
Why does James sound like he’s tryin’ to sing an aboriginal song? Also, WHY DID THE REMOVE THE SICK SOLO!
