I've never heard Finlandia on the organ before. As in Georgian Bay, Canada, so in Suomi. (even the diving tern!) Thank-you - it seemed quite brilliant to me.
Oh that my own country Canada show produce a Sibelius. Truly inspiring music that touches the soul. Nationalism is the lifeblood of any nation only after several generations have passed will future offspring appreciate where they live! I see Canadian painters such as the Group of Seven's paintings as being only one place on earth Canada . I am sure Finns feel the the same way about their music artists and national hero's. Our lands the cold ,short summers have made us what we are.
A very impressive performance. Some details about the organist and this very orchestral instrument would be interesting. (What an *awful* case front! Fortunately, the sound of this organ is of a much higher order. Perhaps the case was designed by an architect?) Thanks for the upload.

Good, but I wasn't able to quite discern some of the notes in the faster portions of the piece. I wish more pianists would play Finlandia slower! (gert is my favorite)
