I'm Jake and ever since I was a tiny kid I have been OBSESSED with fishing. The Goal of this channel is to take you along on my fishing adventures both good and bad and inspire you to "GET OUT AND LIVE ", Which is what the G-O-A-L Fishing stands for. Being outdoors and pursuing fish, however that looks, has always been fulfilling and life giving to me and I hope to share a little of that with you.

What i really enjoy about Jake's videos is that he shows it all. The bad cast, the lost lures, all the cast that dont catch fish. You watch some videos and it is like they catch a fish on every cast. I enjoy the reality of this channel!

Yeah...I have a ...similar deal. It began w/trolling motor slung on side too.
I certainly appreciate the budget as its also similar...wadda I got.
I now steer with rudder (foot) pedals and control speed and reverse with a single rotor switch mounted on center console. With a PWM in line. It's a unit that extents battery use by twice anyways.
Heads up. Even being plastic it's still a boat.
    Bust Out Another Twenty...
BTW. The difference having motor mounted on stern is it actually behaves like a shock absorber when standing. Buffers the shaking...
Your gunna have such a Blast....

Out in surprise. Can weld up a mount for goal if ever interested. Made one for 2 tamaracks with foot steering and pwm motor controller. Clean installation and works well. Sprinkler drip line for cable sheathing. First "cable" was masonry string but only lasted 2 years. Going to use small cable next. 60amp pwm saves battery down on low speeds 35ah u1h last me all day on small lakes or half a day on bigger lakes. Half day 5am-noon.

Yeah the 60amp pwm allowed me to remove the head off the motor and remotely mount the switch and power knob. It also has a forward-off-reverse switch. I went 60amp for efficiency because the 30 amp got hot.

My first time Kayaking and this Kayak held strong. th-cam.com/users/postUgkx4k5UrhC3v_Y4hIEaXLGvHcN5a5aBmZNB The water got pretty rough as a speed boat zipped by me, and the Kayak withstood it (I expected to be capsized). The Ores are very easy to put together, the pump worked beautifully. the seats are a bit hard to sit in after a while (I recommend sitting on the floor). after reading the reviews I was very scared it'd get a hole in it, the material is very strong and durable. The Air valve may need a small Phillips head screwdriver to adjust, other than that, it's well worth the money!(update)I've gone Kayaking in 3 Lakes and 2 rivers totaling about 40 miles. the kayak had two holes and they patched easily and no other problems can't wait for kayaking season this year!

Nice, but you mount the bracket of the motor mount the wrong way.
