I came from a big company moving to a small one they where simply intimated that I was forthright with a 3 month plan of action if I was to be accepted
i've given the interview to HR today after 45 days traineeship in the same company, they said that they'll be notifying result tomorrow morning...i can relate your video to my experience...lets be optimistic....and i'm going home as tomorrow is off anyways...i'm away from home so...

what is the point of an interview if you cannot be honest ? if the salary is the reason, so be it. and if there are certain cliched replies that a hr would like to hear, he shouldnt be sitting there doing a useless job.
