Kayaking Royal Gorge's Sunshine Falls @ 390-400 cfs

Getting on Royal Gorge on a warm November day with my son and a crew of 10 was special. The flows weren't high, but it goes for fun to play down. The section of the Arkansas River was a total half slice splat fest. Sunshine Falls, generally a class IV, is one of those rapids everyone talks about. It can be sticky if you don't take the drop correctly. 390-400 cfs on November 5, 2022.
