Well I'll say this....in my experience running a grader the piles are too high to start with and you can side shift the blade to reach further in and pull material out. Those piles should have been dumped a little more towards the middle and spread a little more instead of just dumping in a big pile

Did a shit job, failed to get the curb grade before spreading material. Negligence costs money and time. The grader operator just gave himself an added few hours that should have been done first. Now he has to redo the curb grade and spread. Lastly the roller operator can slow it down a few mph to actually achieve some sort of compaction.. yet again should have started on the curb side and worked outward toward the center crown of the road
These guys are so hard on equipment! Hiles in the mold board of that grader. By the time that job is done all that machine will be good for is scrap metal. It'll be junk.
I've seen pretty bad but depending on Maintenance a beat to shit machine can go for a while. if the worst thing on that eaten up mold bore and best is a few bad seals on the cylinders it'll buff
I don't see any feathers, no staking for elevation, no offsets, no curb/gutter drainage or structures. They're building a country driveway as far as I'm concerned.
