Out of interest how come you didn’t start with a kneeling Eliminator e.g. the one that comes in the Combat Patrol box?

Don’t Eliminators use the Phobos style armor…… a sniper boi in Mark X armor is cool.

a phobos Eliminator is common, in primaris Mark X sniper is not so wide spread, and since it's a chapter master, it need to be special :D
