Hi Jane another lovely video from you, I liked the I cord cast on never heard of it before but after you showing us what to do it is easy. I am interested in the sock box even though I have never knitted any.
Hello Jane, I love no.2, About Time. It''s the delicacy of the pattern that hits the spot....the drape, the way the colours melt into each other, and the fragility of the overall effect. Love it!
Hello Jane Lovely to see you.. The Sorrel in That Pink looks Great on You. 😍 Thank You for showing us around Falmouth it is a Beautiful Town. Take Care x❤
Such a lovely walk around Falmouth, goodness it did bring back so many memories for me as I grew up in Cornwall in my teens and early twenties.. The Shawl KAL sounds a lovely idea, Zoom time would be lovely too, and I'm really liking No.5 Aster - the stitch texture, the bit of lace work, the touch of cables look like a very nice combo of interest and the chance to try a new technique or two. I've not joined a KAL before so this may be a first for me! 😄
Hello Jane, I’m glad you’re feeling better. My vote is for #5 - I haven’t knitted a crescent shaped shawl before and this one looks lovely. I thing it would be beautiful in soft earth tones.
Thanks for the walk around town, reminds me of the time spent there while my son was at the university. He loved Falmouth, definitely his happy place ❤
Just found your lovely vlog and have worked my way backwards to episode 1 in a binge over a couple of days. So many fond memories of childhood holidays in Cornwall, Falmouth, Swanpool Beach and Padstow, catching the ferry across the Camel every day to the beach. To this day my father's detour over Bodmin Moor whilst trailing a sailing dinghy remains a family story guaranteed to bring howls of laughter. It was blowing a gale and he terrified me with tales of the Beast of Bodmin. Your shop looks lovely and if I ever get to visit Cornwall again from Scotland it will be my first port of call. As a fuller busted lady with a bit of a tummy I'm not convinced a top down jumper would flatter me (I like my clothes a little looser) but I can see the appeal of no sewing up. As for the shawls, a bit beyond my skills sadly but all beautiful in their own way.
Hello from Maryland, USA! This video came up on my TH-cam feed and I really enjoyed it. I've been thinking of knitting Ranunculus, and the fact that youve knit six of them has convinved me. Thanks. I'm going to search your previous videos and watch from the start.
It was so great catching up with you! That ranunculus looks beautiful on you! I love it when you take the time to show your town - it is so wonderful and fun!
No. 5 for me Jane. Another lovely episode. Loved the canvas bags too. The pink sweater was very pretty, nice stitch detail on the yolk. I'll be interested in the sock boxes too.
Hi Jane, Kathie from the Central Coast of NSW - really enjoyed your podcast this week, pleased to hear that you are fully recovered now. As you know we are right in the middle of winter here so shawl knitting is very interesting- I would vote for no 3 or 5, I have brought the Fenwick pattern but still trying to decide on colours. Great to see your video of Falmouth, it certainly looks like a beautiful place. I would love to visit the UK and spend a decent amount of time travelling around - like a lot of Australians my ancestors all came from the UK and I spent a short week in London and Cambridge in 2019 but would really like to see more!
Hello from Greenland - a danish knitter currently Living in Nuuk. What a wonderful walk through your hometown. ❤ It’s probably too late to vote for your shawls, I’ll do it anyway. No. 6- Teroldo is my favorite because of it’s size(not too Big), it’s azymmetric form and the possibility for using High contrast in colours. No. 5- Aster is my second choise. I love The blended colours and The lovely border. I apologize for spelling faults etc. It’s been a Long time since I’ve written or spoken anything in english 😊
Thank you so much. Your English is amazing in comparison to me in just about any other language by my own. We English are inherently lazy about learning other languages and I always admire others who can learn and speak something different to their own native one. It will be great to have you join in with the KAL. More details coming very soon 😊
Hello Jane. Good to catch up with you and I’m really enjoying your vlog. I do like the look of the I-cord cast on, a new one to me, thanks for showing. Your Ranunculus looks gorgeous in that shade of blue and now you’ve got me thinking about knitting one…..another knit to add to the ever growing list😮 Thank you for taking us along with you on your walk, it’s a lovely part of the world.❤
Thank you Janette. My knitting list is really huge I can empathise😜 Do give the Ranunculus a go though it’s a quick and easy knit which you will really enjoy. 😊
Oh my goodness... beautiful shawls! I'd love to knit #5. It looks a wee bit intimidating to me, but I think with a kal to help me along I could do it! I love your Ranunculus, too. I've added that to my queue now. 🥰
Thank you Jane. We spent our Cornish holiday at St Just this year, but it was great to see Falmouth which reminded me of previous times spent there. The ranunculus looked fab. I loved the yarn colour you chose. I have never knitted one as yet!
Loved all that yet I don’t even knit ….. have had the day in my sewing room making some project bags …. Love watching your vlogs … especially seeing Falmouth and your shop 🧶🧵🧶🧵🧶🧶… Thank you !!!!
Thank you Anne. You will occasionally see sewing content too so glad you are enjoying it despite not being a knitter. You never know we might win you over 😜
Many years ago I walked down that alley to the figurehead and took a photo of it! It's been lovely to see Falmouth again even if it's only a virtual tour. I was meant to have a holiday in Cornwall in 2023 but unfortunately it didn't happen. Another lovely vlog and I'm sorry that I missed the knitalong.
Thanks for this episode. I prefer the Erysimum Shawl by Celine Feyten. The walk in Falmouth is such a pleasant change from the city landscape where I live.
Hi Jane, thank you for walking ud around Falmouth coming back for our 25th wedding anniversary in September . Been a very long time, so I'm looking forward to it ❤
Another lovely podcast Jane and so informative. I love that as a pensioner I am still learning from you and this week after knitting since a child, I have knitted a tension square for the first time and yes I do need to alter things. I like all the shawl patterns and will happily go with whatever you choose to do, but if pushed would go for no 2. Your Sunday walk brought back many memories of a family holiday at Mylor Bridge at least 40 years ago and made want to come again, even though it is a long journey from Suffolk. Would love to come and say hello an do some shopping at Stitches and Cream. 😊
Hi! 😀 I enjoyed your podcast today. I'm keeping busy knitting Christmas socks for myself, and crocheting a crocodile and a mermaid for 2 granddaughters.
Lovely! I do enjoy the way you take us on local walks. What a beautiful part of the world you live in! The timing of the KAL might not work for me, but I've added #2 & 3 to my wish list of shawls. I'm looking forward to seeing you put together some colour combos for them. Take care x
Thank you for taking us along on your walkabout. Makes me want to visit! Ive never participated in a KAL. Ill look forward to details. Greetings from Southern California.
Loved watching your vlog Jane. Jumpers are fabulous ( love the blue and red colours on you) and I would love a blocking tutorial at sometime in the future. I also use an angled darning needle and much prefer them. All the shawls are great so I am not much help on that one. The tour of Falmouth was brilliant. Thank you.❤
Hi Jane, Jeanette here from Melbourne Australia. Thank you for the Sunday walk - it looks glorious in the sun. The shawls I liked are 3 and 5. Keep well. ❤
I'm actually working on the Seashore Stroll now by JST designs. She has a KAL on Raverly running until August 6/23. I think the Camel yarns would compliment you well. Thank you for showing us Falmouth. Have to visit there one day and pop in to see you too.
Wonderful podcast as always Jane, and thank you for the tour of Falmouth! Devon and Cornwall always seem so out of reach for me, living in the northeast, so it's great to be shown around.
Hello! What a wonderful time it is to spend with you. I think a KAL is a great idea, and I vote for Aster, selfishly, because I have just been considering a project with mosaic knitting. I've not knit anything mosaic yet, and it seems high time I should. Although I live across the pond and work in healthcare every other weekend, I might be able to join in if it's a serendipitous day chosen. Have a blessed week!
Loved your video ! You look lovely in the ranunculus top! (There are never too many lovely tops!) I like shawl #1 but will happily participate in whatever the group likes best! Loved the tour of town at the end!
Beautiful FOs. I aways enjoy a walk through Falmouth Town. That figurehead was unexpected and it's interesting to think of sights that she saw when she was working. 😊❤ TFS!
Love watching your podcasts Jane👏👏, new to knitting again after 30 years , have never knitted anything from top down or with circular needles , still taking it all in , thank you 😊
Welcome back to this lovely craft Jaqueline. I had a pretty long break too and everything had changed 😜 still it’s great to keep on learning and anything you would like to know specifically give me a shout 😊
My favourite design is no 2 - stunning! I always enjoy your podcast and especially loved your tour of Falmouth in this episode. It must be over 40 years since we were in Falmouth and your video has given me a hankering to return!
Hi Jane, a lovely podcast ! I'm considering knitting the Rannuculus, it looks like a beautiful knit. It's the sizing and positive ease scares me a little 😬 I really enjoy the yarn products you show and talk about too ! Thank you for taking us along on your walk, I so enjoy looking at your beautiful UK scenery ❤ Hope your enjoying your beautiful summer. Cheers, Kim
Thank you Kim. Don’t be put off the ranunculus pattern. Now she has multiple sizes so you can choose how much ease you would like. Measure one of your fave sweaters for fit and then pick the size that knits up to that is how I would do it. It can be quite big or you can choose one with much less ease which is more fitted. Mine was to go over dresses so I was happy with the positive ease I had. Thank you for watching 😊
Loved this episode, although I’ve enjoyed all of your episodes. Shawl-along, yay! I’d opt for the Aster or the Fenwick. I’m partial to crescent shapes. Thanks again for a lovely episode and the tour around Falmouth.
I love your podcast! I’ve never been to England but have always wanted to…I will someday 😊. I’m currently finishing an iris tree cardigan by Vanessa Pellisa using some Noro self striping yarn and I’ve started the Alpine Bloom sweater by Caitlin Hunter using cream wool with a bright self striping yarn for the color work. I’ve also cast on the slip crazy shawl by chit chat knits and started swatching for the tessellated sweater by Andrea Mowry 😂. In definitely NOT a monogamous knitter. I’d call myself advanced beginner to intermediate but I’d love to be a master knitter someday. Thanks for the videos! Your town is lovely!!!
Thank you. Wow you have a lot of lovely projects on the go! I have been looking at the Alpine Bloom myself and then the Field Sweater by Camilla Vad came out and I have been distracted 😂 so many gorgeous patterns out there! 😊
Hi Jane, just discovered your channel so have been catching up with all the episodes. Really want to visit Cornwall now 😀 I love all the shawls but my favourite is number 6.
Love seeing your makes and I’m very tempted to knit the navy jumper you were wearing, it looks so nice with short sleeves over a dress. You live in a beautiful part of the country and I’d love to be able to just walk to the sea. My knit along choice is no. 5
Thank you for the great podcast and a big hello from Melbourne Australia… currently in the depths of winter. I vote for number 3 I love the story behind the shawl and seems so fitting by the sea.
Hi Jane, Great podcast and I especially love your tour of Falmouth, your cord tutorial was the best! No 5 for me please, it will be useful winter and summer here in Ireland 😊
Hello dear Jane - that was so very enjoyable ❤ I love your new knits - especially the mint green top! I’m just finishing off the “Pippa” cardigan by Sarah Hatton in newborn size for our second little granddaughter who’s due on the 21st July!!!! Soooo very exciting 😊😊😊 I also have a dear little hat with moss stitch band and pussycat ears to match. I also loved your walk around Falmouth - we also have a Falmouth in Tasmania on our East Coast and a Swansea and Bridport, as well as Launceston and Devonport - I think our early settlers named places to remind them of home! We’re actually visiting our daughter on the Australian mainland at the moment; she’s working at the hospital in Geelong this year. Geelong is about an hours drive from Melbourne and is a delightful city on the western shore of Port Philip Bay. Yesterday we visited the lovely little fishing village of Portarlington and the larger town of Queenscliff, both of which have a strong maritime history. it must be very hard to live in a place away from the sea. Hope you’re well - looking forward to your next episode 😊
Thank you. And what a lovely story. I pine for the sea when I am not near it. There seems to be a strong connection with Cornwall from those names you shared. As you say probably settlers who wanted to feel nearer home 😊
Hi Jane, I'm here from Johannesburg, South Africa. Number 5 looks great. Being in the southern hemisphere where it is now winter, this may be a good project to have ready for next year! Loving your enthusiasm for all things peaceful - yarn, walks, connecting with us all etc ... THANK you!
Hello, I really like your podcast. I've just finished the summer sorrel and replacec the Icord cast on by 2 by 2 ribbing. So your little tutorial will be very helpful as I want to make another one. For the KAL I vote for No 1 or No 5.Thanks for taking us along a walk through Falmouth. Greetings from Germany.
Thank you. I did consider a traditional cast on but I do like the finish of the iCord one so give it a go if you do it again. I will add you mr shawl option to the list 😊😊
Hi Jane, what a lovely channel to stumble upon, thank you for all your hard work. Your shop looks amazing, the yarn wall is to die for! I hope it is not to late to sign up for the sock subscription, I would love to know more about small British yarn companies. I would like to know more about the shawl kal too please. If you have not yet decided I love numbers 2 and 5. I have liked and subscribed and looking forward to your next episode, thank you.
Thank you Rosemary. I haven’t launched sock club yet so plenty of time to get involved 😊. I will talk more about it in August. So happy you enjoy the content 😊
Hi Jane, I'm voting for #5. Thanks for the walkalong vid. Will be there in two weeks' time from Australia. About to do a 30n cruise out of Southhampton. If time allows imposing to pop in to your lovely shop and say hello. 😊
Hi Jane thanks for another lovely episode. My vote for the shawl is 5. The Aster. I've got the summer sorrel on my wish list too & yarn for a ranunculus already. Wish I had more time in a day. Shop.looks great & looking forward to visiting in Sept. X
Love watching your vlogs, your shop looks wonder, can’t wait to come and visit Falmouth, I’ve been before and thought it was great. Looking forward to your next recording 😊. X
Hi Jane, you look beautiful in the ranaculous you knitted. I enjoyed your early Sunday morning walk around Falmouth and would like to know more about the brands of yarn you will be sending in the the sock yarn subscription club.
Thank you Deb. As Sept gets nearer I will share more about Sock Club. We have been trialling it for a few months with a small group to get it right before taking more broadly about it. The club will bring more awareness of different yarns we hope 😊
Hi Jane! Love your podcasts as always, great content and your lovely personality! My vote would be for #6! I’ve had that on my list forever and frogged it once, I haven’t done color work flat and have yet to dive in! Glad you are feeling better, take care!
Thank you for a lovely episode, I found the bit about the cord cast on very informative, you mentioned a video where you explained about gauge I wondered which episode this was ? With regards to the shawls they were all beautiful but my particular favourite was the Aster xx Looking forward to your next video xx
Hello Jane, your podcast came up in my feed, love it. Beautiful knits. Thank you for the walk around Falmouth, what a lovely town. Cheers from Australia. 🇦🇺🙋🏼♀
Hi Jane, I love watching you. Loved your tour of where you live. It's very pretty. I would choose shawl number 1. I'm knitting a linen summer test knit called syphrna tank right now. Thanks for your podcasts ❤❤
Absolutely beautiful! Falmouth is definitely on my bucket list. I would love to visit your shop. I’m kind of a newer knitter so I guess any shawl pattern would do 😅
Thank you for another wonderful episode! Those bags are amazing!! I’m not much of a shawl knitter, although I could be persuaded because I would love to knit along with you. Since I’m on the fence I’ll abstain from voting for now.
Another lovely episode, visited Falmouth last year unfortunately missed your shop but it looks amazing in the early morning sun. I've never done a KAL, but I vote for #4 or #6. 🏴
Another great episode, Jane. Your tutorial was very helpful and I enjoyed the video of your walk. My favorite shawl is definitely #1. It's a very usable size and a nice combination of color and techniques.
Another lovely podcast, thank you for sharing. Your finished projects are lovely. For the KAL, I think 2 or 5, but not sure how complicated they will be. They are all worthy no doubt. The walking tour of your town was so interesting. Now I want to visit! Take care, until the next time!
Thank you. I’m RS things have got better but life happens doesn’t it and we have to just try to roll with it. I try to stay positive even when things are not going as planned 😊
Now I’ve watched several knitting vlogs I realise I’m an experienced plain knitter but not advanced! So many techniques new to me but great to be challenged and learn. Of the shawls I liked #1 and #5 Aster. And thank you for sharing your lovely town and shop.
Thank you Annette. I am always learning new things in this craft and that gives me joy and stimulates the old grey matter too which I believe is a good thing as we get older 🤔 keep on knitting and learning 🥰
Hi! I’ve knit Andrea Mowry’s Wildwood Shawl twice. I loved the finished project both times. I would say that I had to follow the pattern row by row. It did take a while to knit, but I think all of the patterns listed also appear to be similar in challenge. I think it’s a lovely idea! I look forward to hearing more details about the knit along.
Thank you Ruth. It’s one I have looked at several times so it’s great to hear that it looks good when it’s done. I will let everyone know the outcome next time 😊
Enjoyed the walk around Falmouth, looked very interesting and a beautiful morning too. Love your knits and hearing the gulls calling outside makse it very seasidey! Thanks for the podcast. Jane xx San Diego CA
Your town is lovely! Your shop seems a treasure! Shawl number 5 seems interesting. God bless
Thank you so much! 😊
Hi Jane another lovely video from you, I liked the I cord cast on never heard of it before but after you showing us what to do it is easy. I am interested in the sock box even though I have never knitted any.
Thanks so much 😊 I will give some more sock info on my next video 😊
Thank you for your fantastic vlog. I love the mixture of yarn talk and sights through your town 🌻
You are so welcome! 😊
Thank you so much for the lovely tour of town. Love #2 and #5 lovely pattern. 😊
Thank you! 😊
Hello Jane, I love no.2, About Time. It''s the delicacy of the pattern that hits the spot....the drape, the way the colours melt into each other, and the fragility of the overall effect. Love it!
Thank you Christine 😊
Hello Jane Lovely to see you.. The Sorrel in That Pink looks Great on You. 😍 Thank You for showing us around Falmouth it is a Beautiful Town. Take Care x❤
Thank you. I am very happy with how the Summer Sorrel turned out and love this colour 😊
Also I think I need one of those sail totes!😂
Such a lovely walk around Falmouth, goodness it did bring back so many memories for me as I grew up in Cornwall in my teens and early twenties.. The Shawl KAL sounds a lovely idea, Zoom time would be lovely too, and I'm really liking No.5 Aster - the stitch texture, the bit of lace work, the touch of cables look like a very nice combo of interest and the chance to try a new technique or two. I've not joined a KAL before so this may be a first for me! 😄
Thank you. Cornwall itself hasn’t changed that much and it’s nice to be able to share it with people. The Aster does look beautiful 😊
Hello Jane, I’m glad you’re feeling better. My vote is for #5 - I haven’t knitted a crescent shaped shawl before and this one looks lovely. I thing it would be beautiful in soft earth tones.
Thank you. I agree that it would look lovely in that colour palette 😊
Thanks for the walk around town, reminds me of the time spent there while my son was at the university. He loved Falmouth, definitely his happy place ❤
Thank you. Many students come back again because they have enjoyed it so much 😊

It was so great catching up with you! That ranunculus looks beautiful on you! I love it when you take the time to show your town - it is so wonderful and fun!
Thank you so much 😊
I like the first two shawls or catlyn hunter - basically anything with less purling!
Haha. I hear you 😊
No. 5 for me Jane. Another lovely episode. Loved the canvas bags too. The pink sweater was very pretty, nice stitch detail on the yolk. I'll be interested in the sock boxes too.
Thank you so much for the feedback 😊

Hi Jane,
I’m really enjoying your podcasts. Lovely to see your home town too 😊. My vote goes to number 3. Also a mystery sock box would be fabulous. X
Thank you Caroline 😊
Hello Jane. Good to catch up with you and I’m really enjoying your vlog. I do like the look of the I-cord cast on, a new one to me, thanks for showing. Thank you. When we start the KAL do join in as I am hoping it will be somewhere we can learn from each other too. 😊
Thank you Jane. We spent our Cornish holiday at St Just this year, but it was great to see Falmouth which reminded me of previous times spent there. The ranunculus looked fab. I loved the yarn colour you chose. I have never knitted one as yet!
Thank you. Give the ranunculus a go as it is a surprising easy little knit and once you have done 1 well…… 😜😊

Thank you and your granddaughters sound like lucky little girls to have all those lovely makes 🥰
Absolutely enjoy your channel ❤🇨🇦 thank you for sharing life in Falmouth
Glad you enjoy it! 😊
Lovely! I do enjoy the way you take us on local walks. What a beautiful part of the world you live in! The timing of the KAL might not work for me, but I've added #2 & 3 to my wish list of shawls. I'm looking forward to seeing you put together some colour combos for them. Take care x
Thank you Helen. Watch the next episode for colour options 😊
Greetings from Melbourne, Australia 🇦🇺 your podcast was in my field, so am very delighted to have found you! Subscribed!
Yay. Thank you so much 😊
#4 Wildwood…love the color combo and short rows. Love your podcast and getting to tour Cornwall thru your eyes!
Thank you. I am enjoying sharing it with you 😊
Thank you for taking us along on your walkabout. Makes me want to visit! Ive never participated in a KAL. Ill look forward to details. Greetings from Southern California.
Thank you. I haven’t participated in a KAL either so we can be newbies together ☺️

I like shawls no. 2 and no. 3. I don't have a strong need for shawls here in Southern California but I do like them!
Haha. We need them in the UK! Thank you 😊
Lovely episode ❤ Always interesting to see Falmouth. The Sock Club sounds so very intriguing!
Thank you. I will explain more soon I promise ☺️
Wonderful podcast as always Jane, and thank you for the tour of Falmouth! Devon and Cornwall always seem so out of reach for me, living in the northeast, so it's great to be shown around.

Loved your video ! You look lovely in the ranunculus top! (There are never too many lovely tops!)
I like shawl #1 but will happily participate in whatever the group likes best!
Loved the tour of town at the end!
Thank you. Love your thinking on never too many ranunculus 😜
Beautiful FOs. I aways enjoy a walk through Falmouth Town. That figurehead was unexpected and it's interesting to think of sights that she saw when she was working. 😊❤ TFS!
Thank you. Yes I thought that too. If only she could talk! 😊
Thank you. You must come back some things have changed a lot but there is a lot that’s remained the same 😊
Hi Jane, a lovely podcast ! I'm considering knitting the Rannuculus, it looks like a beautiful knit. It's the sizing and positive ease scares me a little 😬
I really enjoy the yarn products you show and talk about too !
Thank you for taking us along on your walk, I so enjoy looking at your beautiful UK scenery ❤
Hope your enjoying your beautiful summer.
Thank you Jane, that's very helpful ❤
I like choices 2 and 5. I have knit #3 Fenwick, and that's a beautiful choice, too, very fun to knit
Thank you Sandra 😊
I would love to knit number 4 shawl with a yarn pack put together by yourself xxx
Thank you Julie 😊
Loved this episode, although I’ve enjoyed all of your episodes. Shawl-along, yay! I’d opt for the Aster or the Fenwick. I’m partial to crescent shapes. Thanks again for a lovely episode and the tour around Falmouth.
Thank you for watching too 😀
Hope you’re doing ok Jane. Another vote for no.5 🧶
Thank you. All good for me and we must catch up soon 😊
Thank you Debbie. Do come and visit and say hi 😊
Love seeing your makes and I’m very tempted to knit the navy jumper you were wearing, it looks so nice with short sleeves over a dress. You live in a beautiful part of the country and I’d love to be able to just walk to the sea. My knit along choice is no. 5
Thank you Penny. The ranunculus is great in either short or long sleeves so do give it a go. 😊
Thank you for the great podcast and a big hello from Melbourne Australia… currently in the depths of winter. I vote for number 3 I love the story behind the shawl and seems so fitting by the sea.
Thank you Carolyn. I liked that one for the same reason 😊
Hi Jane, Great podcast and I especially love your tour of Falmouth, your cord tutorial was the best! No 5 for me please, it will be useful winter and summer here in Ireland 😊
Thank you. Just talking about visiting Dublin with a friend later in the year so I will sample the weather! 😊
Hi lovely to see you. My Aunty and Uncle are staying there at the moment just outside Falmouth in there caravan. It does looks lovely there x
I hope they have a lovely time here. 😊
And if your granddaughter is born on 21st July we will share a birthday 🎂
@@thecornishknitter what a very happy coincidence Jane 😊 mine is also that week- so what a wonderful gift I’ll have !
Difficult to choose a favourite shawl! I’d go with #2, #3 or #5! Thanks for such a fantastic vlog! Please keep them coming.
Thank you for such lovely feedback 😊
I love the Sille Petite knit vest you showed (and all your other beautiful knits!) and wondered which yarn you used. So lovely!
Thank you 😊
Hi Jane, I'm here from Johannesburg, South Africa. Number 5 looks great. Being in the southern hemisphere where it is now winter, this may be a good project to have ready for next year! Loving your enthusiasm for all things peaceful - yarn, walks, connecting with us all etc ... THANK you!
Thank you so much. Wow South Africa! My husband grew up in Zimbabwe so he has a soft spot for your country. 😊
Love the quick tutorial on the icord cast-on! 🎉
Yay. Glad you enjoyed it ☺️
Hi Jane, I'm voting for #5.
Thanks for the walkalong vid. Will be there in two weeks' time from Australia. About to do a 30n cruise out of Southhampton. If time allows imposing to pop in to your lovely shop and say hello. 😊
Yay. Have a great trip and remember to take your knitting! 😊
Hi Jane thanks for another lovely episode. My vote for the shawl is 5. The Aster. I've got the summer sorrel on my wish list too & yarn for a ranunculus already. Wish I had more time in a day. Shop.looks great & looking forward to visiting in Sept. X
A lady with similar tastes then 😜 thank you and looking forward to meeting you in person soon
Love watching your vlogs, your shop looks wonder, can’t wait to come and visit Falmouth, I’ve been before and thought it was great. Looking forward to your next recording 😊. X
Thank you Sharon 😊
Thank you. Hopefully we can lol do a shawl and support each other in the process 😊
Thank you for a lovely episode, I found the bit about the cord cast on very informative, you mentioned a video where you explained about gauge I wondered which episode this was ? With regards to the shawls they were all beautiful but my particular favourite was the Aster xx Looking forward to your next video xx
Thank you. The gauge video was episode 5 I hope it’s informative 😊
Hello Jane, your podcast came up in my feed, love it. Beautiful knits. Thank you for the walk around Falmouth, what a lovely town. Cheers from Australia. 🇦🇺🙋🏼♀

Lovely podcast as usual I like shawl number 1
Thank you Jenny. No 1 is proving popular! 😊
Hi Jane, I love watching you. Loved your tour of where you live. It's very pretty. I would choose shawl number 1. I'm knitting a linen summer test knit called syphrna tank right now. Thanks for your podcasts ❤❤
Thank you so much 😊
Absolutely beautiful! Falmouth is definitely on my bucket list. I would love to visit your shop. I’m kind of a newer knitter so I guess any shawl pattern would do 😅
Thank you and well done for joining the tribe. Do come and visit if you are ever Thai way 😊
Such a lovely episode. Glad you're feeling better. My vote is for #6.
Thank you 😊
Thank you for another wonderful episode! Those bags are amazing!!
I’m not much of a shawl knitter, although I could be persuaded because I would love to knit along with you. Since I’m on the fence I’ll abstain from voting for now.
Thank you Kathleen. We may convert you yet 😜
Andrea Moury's Wildwood would be fun.
Thank you 😊
Hi, thank you for a fab vlog. I'm very interested in the shawl kal and my vote goes to no.5, although they are all lovely.
Thank you 😊 5 is proving very popular
Lots of good knitting ideas. Thank you for the beautiful tour.
You are so welcome! 🤗
Another lovely episode, visited Falmouth last year unfortunately missed your shop but it looks amazing in the early morning sun. I've never done a KAL, but I vote for #4 or #6. 🏴
Me neither. This KAL is my first so no pressure 😬
How did I not find you when I was in Cornwall? So sorry to miss your shop.
Next time 😜 thank you 😊
Another great episode, Jane. Your tutorial was very helpful and I enjoyed the video of your walk. My favorite shawl is definitely #1. It's a very usable size and a nice combination of color and techniques.
Great. thank you 😊
Another lovely podcast, thank you for sharing. Your finished projects are lovely. For the KAL, I think 2 or 5, but not sure how complicated they will be. They are all worthy no doubt. The walking tour of your town was so interesting. Now I want to visit! Take care, until the next time!
Thank you for your lovely feedback. Shake choices noted and they are all achievable if taken step by step 😊
So interested in the sock boxes keep us informed! So fun seeing your town and love your shop Jane. So fun to have another episode from you
Thank you for watching me too 😊

Thank you 😊
You have to knit it in red❤ hello fra Denmark.
I think I agree with you! maybe a Christmas option! x
Shawls 2 then 4 are my favourite. Hope life improves for you. Take care x
I will let everyone know the outcome next time 😊
Thank you for the lovely content 🤩👌✨
Thank you for watching too 😊
You tutorial was very easy to follow. I like shawl #1. Thank you for sharing your Sunday walk. Have a wonderful week!❤
