Matthew 5:8 Blessed are the PURE in heart, for they shall see God. HOW do I, we, us, get a PURE heart? By purifying their Heart by Love / Faith like Acts 15: 9 tells us these concepts how to. By OBEYING the Witten word of YHVH and being Washed clean pure by it! There is NO other way. In regards to this and your question many of the Russian people today are also a part of Israel as they historically teach that they are descended from the Sythians which was the northern house of Israel migrated around the Black Sea and later many Jews went and settled there as well.
