    I took a video of the taiyaki shop "Tennen Taiyaki Tekka" located on the approach to Fukagawa Fudodo Temple, near Monzennakacho Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line.
    "Tennen taiyaki" is a type of taiyaki in which the dough and red bean paste are put into an iron mold one by one and baked while monitoring the heat delicately, resulting in a crispy thin crust.
    The thin crust is characterized by a crispy finish. However, the mainstream nowadays is the so-called "farmed" style, where six to ten pieces are baked at a time, and the natural Taiyaki, also known as "Itcho-yaki," is a precious commodity.
    Tennen Taiyaki Tekka, which uses the "Itcho-yaki" style, also makes its own azuki bean paste, which is filled to the tail. The red bean paste is not too sweet, so you can eat it all at once without getting tired of it.
