How can the the East Pakistanis or Bangladeshis or Bengalis live in Rakhine, Burma or Myanmar for hundred of years or even decades without local influence creeping into their culture? They have been questioned and failed to answer simple questions about their stay in Rakhine.
Those "Rohingya" refugees are Bangladeshis. They went to Myanmar and also India, where they are also called Rohingya, when their homes in the Bengal delta was flooded by rising sea levels and typhoons. They fled to Myanmar and India because the Bangla Desh mainland is over crowded, and they are the poorest of the poor and severely discriminated against by their own people. They want refugee status,
for the west, and you, to sympathize with them, therefore their masquerade.
You don't have to education to distinguish between the genuine Rohingya and the off the boat Banglas. Neither are you able to spot biases Western reporting.
A few Rohingyas have returned to Myanmar, the majority of the refugees didn't pass the test for being Rohingya, and even choose not to return to Myanmar.
Know the whole current situation before you shoot your mouth by your "education".
Please use your schooling, if any, to good use, i.e thinking, and not swallow and regurgitate what the media feed you.
Finally, one true report on Rohingya refugees came to live with Johan Castell, many thanks to WION and its team for the effort.

Finally a positive report about vashan char.I thank wion and johan for unbiased reporting. Rohingyas are myanmar citizens for hundreds of years and nothing can change that. Hopefully International community will help Bangladesh in repatriating these myanmar citizens to their own country with dignity.

Now in pakistan, Shias are also under a lot of pressure, after being done with Ahmedis/Qadianis. Atheists are killed for no reason. Situation of Rohingyas in Karachi explains a lot. Check on TH-cam. this video got no link with Pakistan or India, Bangladesh did good because rohingayas are ethnically Bangalis also Turkey was involved in settlement of refugees, Pakistan hosted millions of Afghans for decades and still hosting them because they're not willing to go back.

It not being snooty. Its called over whelming a system. The western systems are in failure and can not handle people in mass. Also political people like Biden and Harris use these people as pawns for votes. They really do not help. People need future plans in short term and long term. First World countries are not what they seem to be. They do not even treat their own citizens good. People no matter what must be given respect and dignity. When we are following US, Russia, china, France etc. For power, borders, weapons etc. Bangladesh follows pathways to the world's happiest countries like Finland, Netherland, Ireland, Sweden, Norway etc. Now, when we fighting for life in our own country against unemployment, jobless, illiteracy, lack of healthcare , social insecurity, judiciary, hunger, GDP, transparency, gender inequality, racism, caste system, religious, even stupid policies etc. Bangladesh turn up helping the others, the act of philanthropic. What the painful feeling is these for my country and what a heartwarming feeling is this for Bangladesh surviving humanity.

This is how to control external people from slipping in to your population. Good for tracking and management and helps people. Screen for criminals, disease, and able to support these people with appropriate resources. Very good thing and build trust and dignity. But this is not the cure or fix. There has to be a long term goal to deal with these people. If nothing is done for the future, it will be for nothing. We are at a critical point in the world.

The Bangladesh Govt. Deserve a big salute for their efforts . Dedpite all sort of adversaries, set backs and hardship in thier own domestic front the Bangladesh govt. have done wonderful jobs. They btought back smiles on the faces of these I'll fated refugees.. Effort shouldn't end here. A permanent solution needed to work out for these Rohingyans, that is they need to go back to their lands where they hsd been living for centuries. International Swift extorts and cooperation is required, The present junta that rules Myanmar with iron firsts need to be replaced with civilian Democratic Government.. Rohingya is part of Myanmar and the Rohingyans are citizens of Myanmar. and integral part of the whole population.
