I know all these ways quite well. I have cycled them few times before. This year I have cycled again in Georgia about 45 days. I am from Tel Aviv....

The rack is carradice bagman support qr
I can't really recommend it - great aesthetics and ergonomics in usage with classic saddle bags (like mine swift zeitgeist)
But all the load falls on one bolt.
And in this trip the bolt was broken - second time for 3 years of usage. Very unreliable 🤷‍♂️
Nice to hear! I really like to ride here, how it tough but beautiful, every pedal push costs the view you can find here.
