This is an outstanding presentation, one that I will definitely be sharing with others. Dr. Daniel Buron's comment, "In nature ... everything is connected," immediately reminded me of the pioneering work of Aldo Leopold in recognizing that everything in the biosphere is a part of the whole, and that each decision made by man impacts that whole either positively or negatively. You did a great job of showing the reality of that fact. Once again, outstanding film and thanks for producing it.
Thank you so much for taking the time to comment and share it with others! I think the line that stuck home with me was the forestry engineering professor that noted "Its the greatest perversion to do nothing at all when it comes to wildlife management" - not greater truth is there today when it comes to wildlife management across the world.
As always, a phenomenonal product that especially emphasizes Geist's argument that the North American Model of Conservation is successful because of the creation of employment and creating monetary value of the wildlife/environment to the broader society. You make the point with beautiful photography and engaging narrative
I am sorry you felt that this version is worse than the first. The first only focused on people, not on wildlife. This is a combination of the two. This is the English version, we do have a Spanish version that did translate the English to Spanish, but then we didn't have the Spanish translated into English. This video brought the two parts together. we could have left it as part #1 and part #2, but we felt we needed to do a much larger piece that included both. Apologies for disappointing you, but we felt this was the best way to convey this much needed story in one film. Here is the Spanish version for you to watch: th-cam.com/video/WxoShny5GVc/w-d-xo.html
It is in English. You must have a setting on TH-cam that is creating Spanish subtitles. I do not know what you have on? Maybe the Closed Captioning, but on our end its in English with English subtitles to the Spanish parts.

Translation into Spanish could not be any worse. Please, let us watch it in English...
Lo deberías de poder configurar tú en los ajustes del vídeo
