Mounted Armbar - Master Sauer Style

  • You've done the hard yards and now find yourself in mount.
    Here are some things to consider as you maintain your mount position, and simultaneously look for the submission.
    Some details of note:
    + Look out for their Upa! That means keep your hips active, and come higher to their shoulders rather than at their hips.
    + Progress around the arm not through it. Delts are weaker than lat muscles, so the angle matters!
