I got a 24 M4 Competition x-drive...the torque is crazy with this car. I got out of my C8 and I'm glad I did...yea, it's a large car, but its a really good car.
What up "homie" You know that the look say's it all, after driving that M4 you looked like you were ready for a nap, but when you got out of your friend Omar's 996 GT2 you had that "Happy crackhead" look....Super excited, a little sick to your stomach and grinning!!! I think that's the look I want so I'll keep saving up for a 997 turbo manual!!! Great content, keep it coming.
Haha I’m happy you noticed that. The M4 is a nice daily driver but it’s not thrilling to me lol. Porsche 911s give you that awesome drivers feedback that this car is missing
So yeah, BMW has now the CSL for the M4 and the CS for the M3 ( I believe) , however the weight savings is rather low, about 200 pounds. Still heavy cars. Comparing the M3/M4 with your GT3 RS or prior GT3 is not even fair, from a sports car perspective. I love your content, keep up the good work Joe! Greetings from a Long Island fellow. Please more 911 GT cars content, when you can.
200lbs is significant but I dunno if it’s worth that price tag. It definitely isn’t fair to compare the M3 to a GT3 but they’re both considered sport/race cars. Much appreciated for tuning in! I have some more 911 GT content in the works. Stay tuned! Won’t be disappointed haha
I only emphasize the weight because of the GT3/RS. Since that’s what I’m now accustomed to. I’m sure if someone has never been in those GT cars they wouldn’t even notice the weight of this M4.
7:49 i agree. Too heavy. These are barely any lighter than m5/m6s there are already luxury racecars. They dont need m2, 3s, and 4s to be so heavy. Especially the m2
I think that’s truly what’s holding the potential and desirability of those cars. If they offered customers and true motorsports fans a lighter/stripped down version, it would sell so well.
@@SpeedRacerJoe they have the g82 m4 csl but for the price being like 175k or something u can get a lot of car and people don't want a 3 series for that much.

I agree. No doubt about it, it is a good car. Definitely good bang for buck
Yooooo how am I just seeing this vid lol..
Haha
Luxury meets innovation
What a time to be alive, right! Haha

Looks like a fun drive, I don't know how I feel about it weight wise tho. I'm Sure the power makes up for it

@@SpeedRacerJoe yeah like me 😂😂😂
