I think I heard recently the clerk is the treasurer of the corporation IE Court, and the judge is the bank. Clerk's job is to protect the purse. Not sure if I'm remembering that correctly
@ThePro-Se if all crimes are commercial, and everything is held in trust, then they have like three hats, bench means Bank . the third one is acting under color of law. Based on the way a corporation works, a president a treasurer and I'm forgetting the third element but the courtroom is the same setting and don't they file taxes and have an EIN like a for-profit corporation. That might reveal something
@ThePro-Se the way is described as you're walking into McDonald's and they're making you buy a cheeseburger and we mistakenly thought they had the authority to do so all administrative, back to the role of the corporation and it's three elements
@Jan-f8w EXACTLY! They want to make you snap, then, they can say "see, the guy was violent!". They didn't expect me to last almost a decade without a misstep
Not only that, think about this. When they say "I can't give you legal advice", they are implying that you need legal advice, which in itself is legal advice 🤔🤣
@@ThePro-Se Oh, sorry. I mis-read the comment. This is a fantastic interview, I'm going back now and taking down some notes. 😊 Thank you for sharing what you've learned and experienced. It's grueling to get through their bull-lonie.
@@Jan-f8wI can tell you, many long term illnesses would be better for your health than long game litigation, but, without people like us, the country would fall in a month.

Interesting, I never thought of it like that, but I think lining the situation up like a corporation is a good way to consider things.

Possibly. But the black letter of the law doesn’t support this.
@@stainyourconcrete biggest problem, they ignore basics and find hypertechnical excuses and then claim no judicial authority to look at it liberaly
Watch: ALMOST ALL of them, when their Gaslighting isn't working, flip to trying to provoke anger or frustration. You KNOW you're on the right track.

I don't think it was CharterWest Bank that complained😅. I think it was the AG, Baird Holm or Judge Stratman. But the list is really endless 😅
Practicing law with out a license is what they do....claiming there BAR member card is the same thing as a license. 😆

One channel that I know of straight up says ..this is legal advice... Eeon on y/t

I'd do an interview with anyone fighting the good fight 😊
