I think you misinterpreted the case law on this matter. Its only if your 2nd entry was made through a visa or legal. Matter of Quilantan or with a visa
Your statement is confusing, you said if you have 3/10 yr bar and never left the country, you’re not eligible for the waiver, later then you said If Maria got married to a US citizen but never left, you can probably file. So what is it really?

I very recently was granted a waiver on the grounds of a 3-10 year bar. Does this ruling help me any.
A question if an employer sponser you to work in nyc can this sponsorship override this bar as well please reply thank u.
