This is great! It helps making accessible forms less scary. I LOVE your inclusion of JAWS in your video and review!! Quick question: did the original document come from Microsoft Word? Do you recommend users start in Word (or something else) or is it better to just build a form from scratch in Adobe?
Thanks for the video tutorial! Just a question - you are using short cuts on your keyboard but I'm not quite sure how you're selecting and moving the tags in new positions. You're oviously selecting and then up and down and then putting in place. Love to know what those keyboard short cuts are for mac espeically. Cheers
That's a great question. I simply am using, cut and paste. The main trick that you're seeing in the video is that if you have a tag selected while you are pasting, it will paste it directly underneath that tag. So I pretty much just use my arrow keys and a combination of cut and paste to quickly move tags. You can also hold your control key on PC to select multiple tags at once.
I have a question. I, thanks to your videos was able to create some forms for my church. I recently created a form with some fields that were "required". The form seemed to work well. But I noticed some of the users were not polulating the required fields but were able to save the form and close the file and did not get some type of notification that they did not fill out the the required fields. Is this how acrobat works? I would have expected some type of notification. Can you explain why this happens, I checked out some your videos but they did not address this.
Appreciate your comment! To be honest I try really hard to build that into my speaking style. But there's always room for improvement and I appreciate you pointing it out to me thank you.
Your video was great but I just couldn't follow a few things like tags plus the parent and child things you mentioned. I was impressed you knew about jaws, I use Fusion pro. I only found you today when searching for adobe pdf fillable forms! Thanks for your reply

We're they filling it out in Adobe Acrobat or a web browser?
Could you record this video again with more description for vision impaired users to understand what you're doing please!
