Lul Tim did what he had to do. Von instigated that incident with Rondo. Von was a street dude and knew what could happen in the streets when you attacked someone. Simple. Lul Tim reacted like anybody would have, and people forget that Tim was shot in that incident, too, by Oblock Louie.
