When I was watching you test out that soft ice...👀 Here in Dayton, Ohio you can never drive on the ice like that! We can have temps as low as negative 29c here, with bitter winds making the snowflakes feel like needles, then a week later it will be back up to 5c! You can never dare trust the ice! Lol! And your body can never adjust to the cold with the temps bouncing around like that. You're just shivering and miserable all winter! I spent a winter up in Cleveland one year and when it got cold it stayed cold there and I liked it so much better! Dayton's winters suck!
I love it when the sun comes through the trees at your camp! It’s so beautiful. Great looking pizza man! Sometimes it feels like you eat better food in a tent in crazy cold weather than I do in a house LOL

Dave - the northwoods1 makes a pan pizza much like you did but he uses a thicker store bought pizza crust. Same as you make yours but it puts a couple of table spoons of water around the outside when it about done. Says it steams the outer edge of the crust - almost like bread sticks. Eats it till he gets to the edge and then adds a little butter and dips it in his favorite hot sauce or pizza sauces. Says it tastes like breadsticks at a pizza store but you get all the pizza and breadsticks from one pan and lid. They have them in the pizza section in 2 packs. He puts lots of cheese on top and the steam from the water makes the cheese melt and stringy. With all the ingredients you put in sounds terrific. Might one to try it. Add the water when it is just about done and allow 2-3 minutes to melt cheese and soften the edge of the crust. Could be great bread for soups and stews also. Good video and glad your back camping.
