I have a 14 year old and a 4 month old..i work 5 days a week 12 hour days. At the moment I'm keeping my training very minimal ! I simply do push ups, pull ups and squats everyday for 3 sets to muscular failure. This keeps my muscle and strength up while spending minimal time each day training
It be easy brother. Only issue be double time, double work and last won't be an issue but a bless, double love to give. Wish both of yah a bless future. And also bless any newly couple as well who read this comment.
Spot on! Congrats on the twins dude, and advanced happy 40th! When we had our kid, I simply worked out when I can (usually 2 to 3x a week 30 to 45 mins each time), not ideal but I pretty much maintained my fitness.
Congrats Antoni. Love thatvyou have a pre and post birth plan already. I can visualise you running down Thessaloniki seaside with a twin trolley and then strapping the babies on your back while doing pushups 😂
Can't believe it man... We had our twins 2yrs ago they are our 2nd and 3rd.. was absolutely unexpected and as you can imagine juggling 3 kids is pretty chaotic at times, congratulations man and best of luck 🙏🏽
Are these your first kids? Also congratulations and thanks for the tips. I am curious to see if you will have a difference of opinion after the kids are born. And please keep in mind most dads are working a minimum of 40-hour work weeks. I just like some other commenters realized I'm not going to have optimal training so I'm just trying to keep it minimum
Congratulations to you both ! What a fantastic Christmas Present. Try this new birthing technique, hold a pull up bar above your GF as she’s about to give birth, they might pull themselves out 🤪

Thank you Mark. Still, your flattery won't get you off the hook. Once again, we're stepping your training up next week! 😂
