What a beast, the Autocar ACX! I love the fact that this one has the X12 Cummins in it as well! Now, if possible, I'd love it if you could do a super long ASMR-style in-cab driving video on this truck, starting off with engine startup, then tons of city and highway driving, running up and down through the gears, then some neighborhood simulation with stops and starts, collecting of trash simulation with the Curotto, etc, then more city and highway driving, and finally with the truck shutting down. Please make sure there is no talking, just pure engine sounds from in the cab. I'm a huge fan of garbage trucks, and my favorite part is hearing them shifting through the gears, the different RPM's they shift at, etc. Plus, ASMR videos help me fall asleep at night, and I'd love some on an Autocar like this one! Please make it as long as possible, completely unedited so I can hear everything. For me, the longer the video, the better! Please let me know ASAP.
Hi Clive, When driving from the passenger side from a stand-up configuration, the transmission control module is calibrated so second gear is the highest attainable. This calibration can be applied to any drive station if desired though, according to our mechanics, the limiting factor of the overall max road speed is based upon components on the truck with the lowest speed rating, such as the tires.
