    I've added 3 thin polythene washers, that I bought in a local DIY store, to take out the lateral slop in the rear wheels of my R16 & that seems to have done the job. I think you're right about drilling the extra hole for the pin. My cart came jammed down inside itself so I had to put all my strength in to pulling it out, which could well happen again I guess, so the extra hole is a must.

      Yup, adding two washers and drilling one hole is the way to go!

    I think one of the handlers in assembly or boxing/shipping was wearing a ring and dragged it accross that area and scratched your frame.

    Are the handles any thicker/stronger than the R12 as with the R12 the handle bends if you are pulling up hill or steps with a heavy load?

      R&R says the tubing is: Tubing gauge: 16 gauge (0.065" wall)
      Tubing size on main frame: 1" and 1.25" square steel tube. The handle feels solid and will handle whatever you can put on it as long as you are pulling it. It you are pushing it, you want to load the cart so the handle is braced against your load so you don't put too much pressure on the those little tabs shown in the video.

    I added a black nylon core 1/2 in thick dog leash to mine for pulling.

    Any update on how the cart has worked out for you?

      So far, so good! Been using it for nearly two years and it has held up well. I like to push the cart and not pull so I try to pack it so that the bar is braced on the load. This is very important if you have to push it up ANY type of incline. As long as you do that, you shouldn't have any problems. It is 'decent' to push on grass but not great. Gravel? Forget it.

      Not sure as I have not been able to compare the two units side by side.

    52 inches between the bars?

      @maestroreviews7557  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I just opened it up and measured it for you and found the spread to be 51 inches at the bottom, 52 inches half way up and 53 inches at the very top. Hope that helps!
