2024 Kuala Lumpur Standard Charted Marathon 42km as a PACE

i watched the entire video, congrats! just a quick question, how does Puma's FAST-R NITRO™ Elite 2 feels when running at 7'40 pace?

Thanks for watching! The puma Fast R nitro was great. It's my first serious running shoes, really gave my lots of confidence to push beyond my comfort zone. It's light and moderately bouncy. 1 thing I dislike is the heel counter (the orange rubber thing at the back of the shoes). It's quite sharp and hard, gave me a really bad chaffing during my run. Make sure you try and run in the shop first if you're thinking to get 1.Puma pavilion is having a 40% off on all items too. Pretty good value imo.

Good fit and moderately bouncy for me....I think it helped quite a lot on achieving my new pb...this is my first serious race day shoes too..but 1 complain I have is the heel counter part at the back of the shoes is quite hard and sharp...I had pretty bad chafing on the first day wearing it. The other reason I picked this up was because PUMA pavilion was doing a 40% off promo...pretty good deal.
