Not a question, but a thank you. I had a leak in the hydraulic hoses that fed my third function. I brought it in to the Murfreesboro store a couple of weeks ago and must say you have some of the best customer service of any business I’ve dealt with in years. Mark in parts was super friendly and helpful and the service tech jumped right on the problem. I just wanted to thank you for hiring employees and running a business that still takes care of it’s customers.

Wow! Thank you! I will absolutely share this with Mark, Jim, and the rest of the guys. On another matter, everyone knows that Glocks perform better than any other non-custom side arm, BUT, why do they have to be so friggin unattractive?

I have been looking at the TYM 654 and the 574 but have seen some not so good reviews on getting parts and in some cases, tractors sitting on a dealer's lot for weeks on end waiting for a repair. In some cases, due to corporate people not backing up their dealers. Any tractor out there can have a problem but getting it fixed quickly is a priority. In talking to a dealer, the only answer I could get is things are improving. My question, is tractor quality improving and dealer support getting better to the point where it needs to be for good customer support?
