Thanks for the video. Was wondering if you could please explain how to do bisons v reversal(I think it is) where he counters with a big purple ball shield and opponents go flying? I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
Good stuff, but you should have demonstrated how the V-Skill kind of shuts down Dhalsim's teleport game. The timing for any of his teleport locations into followups (other than Gale) is the same too. You basically wait until the second teleport "chirp" sound when he is reappearing and activate. The only thing it can't reliably stop is a teleport into HK, because he can follow it up with a slide before you recover (but no one is going to use that, because the damage potential isn't there and it makes teleporting riskier than simply staying away). Everything else is shut down.
+Neonmirrorblack I just played against a good sim, I did the V-skill on the start of the round so the 2nd round he teleported trying to punish me but I thought that he is not going to do another st.mp in the 2nd round so I was ready. So it may shut it down a bit but Dhalsim can read your V-skill and teleport, the recovery on M.bison V-skill is kinda long so he will be able to hit you.
+Venom47 Not sure you understood what I was talking about, or maybe I just didn't word it correctly. There's nothing (normal move wise) that Dhalsim can do after a teleport that Bison cannot punish other than teleporting into a HK then sliding right after that. Every other option gets parried, and typically the fireball counter will hit him as well. If the fireball doesn't hit him, he is still forced to block, which still puts you at the advantage. The timing on the V-Skill is the same no matter where he ends up, or what normal he uses. The only thing he can really do to screw with you is either teleport into HK (but like I said, it can't convert to anything meaningful) or a Gale. You can still parry the Gale too, but the timing is completely different. That's also another move that can't really be converted into anything unless he has a super available. It doesn't matter if the other player can "read" your V-Skill either to hit in on reaction. You wouldn't use it against his teleports until he actually teleports anyway. At that point, he has to guess. If you've been stopping all of his normals up to that point, then he's going to either have to start mixing Gales in or HK, but neither of those lead to anything (without meter). It ends up becoming a 50/50 for both players in that situation. The "toss a fireball then teleport" doesn't really work on Bison either, because all you have to do is take a step forward while he's throwing it and it can't hit you. The neat thing about the V-Skill too is that it works exactly the same when using it from either a standing or crouching position.
Neonmirrorblack Ok I got it, I just hope they make the reflected fireball doesn't cause a knock down if it was reflected from a normal attack or a non fireball attack because its really risky but still gives a low reward so its a high risk-low reward, but with that buff it will become high risk-high reward because we will be able to combo after it
At the start of the video, I see you parry'd twice in a row. I have tried this, but it always shoots out the absorbed blast. Is there a trick I am missing? How can you reflect twice in a row?
@@boragulsoy7010 I found out season 2 allowed bison to store the fireball. You could only double parry before season 2. Storing the fireball replaced the ability to parry twice
So I've made it pretty far in league points without being tricky/technical, and I finally went back to training mode after not having been there trying to discover stuff. And I found a Bison reset with no meter. Do you know of it?
Well I know a bit meterless resets, you are speaking like there is only 1 hidden meterless reset for Bison lol so I would like to hear it. I'm happy to see more Bisons reach high LP and find more stuff for him
Lol it's just that I've never seen anyone do it. I got a Diamond and Platinum ranked player to fall for it. And those were the only couple of times I tried it. Also, every time I search for it, I never find it. Everyone is doing V-Trigger, EX flames, st lp into psycho blast resets. I'll upload a video. Stand by.
Ohh, this one, yeah I know about it, actually I tried this at the start of the game, I don't think I use it anymore, it is easy to notice where bison will land, but it still looks like Bison is still in recovery so they try to hit you and you counter them
I only do it after crush counter df hp, hp, then heavy psycho inferno. It only works with heavy psycho inferno, otherwise, any three frame will win. Actually, I remember testing it out, and only a grab will beat a three frame start up move on the reset.
24 hits combo I cant belive my eyes, great video brother
I didn't know about deflecting Necalli v-skill, I thought Bison v-skill only work on high and mid attacks. Thanks for sharing man, great video !
+Meramora Spada Considering you can block Necalli's V-Skill standing...
+Meramora Spada You can block Necalli's V-Skill while standing, so...
M Bison can combo Ex blast with Lp blast if it's close enough. Works anywhere on screen. I hope this become helpful.
Ultra amazing, this video makes me love even more Vega sama on SFV
Combo on cammy was incredible.
Great stuff against dhalsim and that reset on cammy😳
MUCH respect. I knew someone would make this vid lol.
Nice. Didn't know you had a second video lol
Applause!

+Whoa Brian Press Forward and 3 punches while blocking
Every character can do that but some may need you to press 3 kicks instead of punches
+Venom47 thanks a bunch! I really appreciate it!!
Wow, fantastic stuff!!
How to unlock Black and bison

HOLY SHIT
Bison was beating down Cammy XD
wtf.... this char need a nerf on damage URGENTLY
+Luiz Abujamra no
Invertedzero Any Vtrigger combo = 50% without bars. Sucks, too OP like Dhalsim. Maybe that's why 90% of top 10 ladder is sim and bison
meaningless!
