I turn machine on it heats and is ready for coffee. But when i press the button the red light pops and no coffee... Can someone help fix this please? Thank you a lot
For double shot just press it twice instead of making 2 separate shots, also either your grinder setting or the amount of beans you are grinding is not correct for a strong espresso shot, that's why your shot looked like American coffee. Increase the amount of coffee you are grinding and set the grinder at much smaller grinding setting, you will see the difference.
Check your waste water try if it's getting too much water, in that case you need to replace your brew valve, if waste water is normal then your pump filter looking white circle thing has dirt in it, that's only if you can hear the pump running, otherwise your problem is the pump itself.

Hello, I'm using that machine too and i wanna ask what is your grind setting? What do you think is the best number for espresso?
when i turn the test mode on to clean it , the red light blinked at first but then stays on...
it is an 8yr old machine..
The water dont work
You might have a clogged pipe. You may need a technician to look at it.
