You may have to delid the APU. I had the exact same problem with my ps3 and de-lidding the cpu and gpu and adding thermal paste there too solved the problem
@@McDob right man!! But I did some more research it could either be it got way to hot and the main BGA came unsoldered OR there is some resistors i saw a guy in a video diag , they could be bad, so I'll definitely be looking back into this problem! I don't like giving up lol
It cannot overheat in few seconds after starting up, even wit fully clogged heatsink and fan, so the issue was hardware related all along, and probably caused by constant overheating during use without cleaning it.
That's exactly the issue constant use without cleaning caused some hardware malfunctions like the main BGA unsoldering from the heat, or I watched another video, it could be some resistors that died
You know bro cleared his history before recording this
@@James-wk5mj lmaoo 🤣 funny enough I didn't
When a heat sink is that baked on from long use, finding a way to warm it up a bit loosens the old thermal paste.
Yes it does that's a great tip!
I thought that thing couldn’t even DO a red light.
Unfortunately it can 🤣🤦
@ I’ve never seen that before my dude. I learned something today thank you😎
@@TraumfresserBMofficial your very welcome man! Thanks for watching and subscribing I appreciate you!
the embedded flash chips fail too.

@@neonthefox3550 that's a good tip I'll definitely keep that in mind for future endeavors
The problem is that the Resistors for temp control are bad. There are 6 of to the left of the GPU. One of them or multiple of them are bad.
@@MichaelBaldwinb3l0kk that's what I saw in the other video I watched diagnosing the issue ! Thank you I'm definitely going to give this a try !
I was rooting for you. Ending was tragic

If only it had error codes similar to the PS3 Syscon, it would explain what is happening.
Yeah I know, that would have helped a lot!
