Excellent video - very useful as we are training this now, however, not with our spaniel who will arrive next month, but with an 18 month old Border Terrier! Sounds crazy I know to teach this to a working Border Terrier, but good practice for the Spaniel and good control of the dog which is ideal in any situation. Thank you for your videos. Also, your photos at the end are really lovely - I too shoot film with a Nikon from the 1970's. Your photos are Art and not simple pics.
@@lauralbriar 99% of training could be applied to all dogs I suppose ! I have a camera fetish developing, moving to medium format mostly, just the one 35mm camera left, MF Hasselblad, Rolleicord and Rolleiflex.
