I managed to get my hands on both versions of heart*iz for $15 on Mercari, though, so y'all if y'all want to get izone albums get them from Mercari they are selling for abt $30 on average!

Mine has the same problem even when I take out and put the batteries back in. I couldn’t find much on the internet about it. I will keeping trying and maybe we can update each other.
Mine is fixed now! My dad replaced the batteries and now it is working perfectly. Maybe you just have faulty or almost dead batteries so maybe try replacing them with charged ones. Hope it helps!
