I like him a lot - haven't had a chance to play actual games of OP07 yet, but he's much better removal than yellow Sabo, and most JP lists have him at 3 right now
Good question! I think Borsalino is an unquestionably great card in a vacuum, and he saw a lot of play in the deck before EB01 (aside from the highest achieving list of that timespan), but he feels a little less powerful in EB01 since we now have 2 strong decks that can just tuck him with RPLaw joining Saka at the top. But I could see a world where you shave down the yellow Sabo and/or great eruption to try and fit him in, especially if you're going to a Yellow-heavy locals
@@sakurakingdomyeah true ! Thoughts on 10 2k vs having 12 2ks? Seen some lists only running 2 searcher events as well. Great eruption seems interesting, filling out spare don to dig deeper
great videos as always, super informative! was wondering what the GE's were for? just to dig deeper into the deck and maybe combo with YSabo? personally not sure what matchups that would matter besides maybe kata but would love some insight!
Sure thing, I only mentioned it briefly - from my experience so far it's mainly for consistency so you're basically only playing with a 48 card deck til you get to those Leader + Moria turns since we need to see our brothers so badly. Could see some comboing with Sabo to get rid of a 7c Linlin or maaaaaybe a film Luffy if you run into Uta, but not something at the front of my mind when I'm playing haha

Actually, strike that last part - Flampe just makes him even more susceptible to Amaru, so he isn't even the answer to Yellow :(
