Hi Thato. Thank you for your comment. Always nice to see people enjoying the videos. I am busy working on a complete radio presenter series but it takes a long time to complete. In the meantime I try to also make shorter videos for the channel. I will work on adding some short videos about improving presenter skills for sure. Thanks Thato.

Great video and would have been very useful in the "old days" of ILR stations, but the sad reality is there are very limited opportunities these days due to most stations being networked from London or Manchester.
Community stations are filling much of the gap left by what used to be ILR stations, but most you have to pay them to be a presenter, not them paying you!

Sad to see that but it's not like that all over the world though. Many countries still have a reasonably healthy broadcast set up because of the regulations prohibiting the monopolizing of the airwaves. It is true though that if there is a high demand for air time and too many presenters then yeah the stations can take advantage if that. If you can get the spin off work from being a presenter then it might not be such a bad thing to pay them though if the price is reasonable. Have you seen my video on how presenters actually make money?

Hi Dayondon. You are very welcome :) I'm glad the videos are helping. I will keep making more when I get the time. Radio presenting is one of those goals you have to keep fighting for to keep the dream alive. Best of luck :)

Hey that's great. Online stations are a great place to start your career. Once you go to FM radio or other broadcasts, there are more dangers of getting into trouble for saying something but online you can often get away with a few more mistakes. Hey and you never know maybe a manager job is in your future :) Best of luck.
