Tingin q matagal ng hiwalay parents nya ayaw lang nila sabihin maybe ayaw nila ma bash! Sorry. I’m a uae resident and I would not at all recommend Captain Adil if ever may mga viewers here that want to book him in the future. Hazel must have lucked out on her booking with him, but I’m telling you, from someone who’s from Dubai, don’t. Customer service pa lang, plakda na. Hindi pa kami nag bobook and inquiring stage pa lang kami sinabihan kami nung capt, adil na “if you want cheap with bad experience, zero rating, bad food and bad quality, you check this” and he sent us another offer talaga with bad reviews.
Not sure if that’s the right way to convince your potential customers to book for him.
Magaling lang si capt. adil if you have extra money to pay. But otherwise, walang modo.

Hi, I find this comment a bit rude.
First, Captain Adil was recommended by a UAE Resident as well that happened to be my Mom’s friend and a lot of my UAE Resident acquaintance also used his service before. He was actually much cheaper than booking through travel websites so we decided to book him nalang. Depende lang talaga yung rate if private tour or shared and kung anong area and inclusions. So I don’t know what happened on your end, sorry about that.
But the way I understand it, he’s trying to show you bad reviews at an affordable rate - so baka humingi tayo ng tawad na baka rude para sakanya or basically just showing other desert areas na hindi ganun ka okay yung color or area?? Dko sure nageexplain lang ako ng possibilities. I get it that it might appear rude to you which is very wrong of Capt. Adil to say those, but hopefully before commenting and destroying someone’s business, research, and try to experience muna yung service kasi parang di naman siya ang binook niyo. ☹️

Nag inquire ako sa kanya first week of march. Some of my family members from Canada are coming here sa UAE ng end of march. So he did give me quotations and I told him clearly na I will get back to him by last week of march for confirmation. kasi the tour is not for us but for my family members and he wasn't the only one I contacted. First conversation with him was A okay! No problems at all. sinagot nya lahat ng queries ko.
Now, since it is currently Ramadan, some of the desert safari services I contacted came back to me with Ramadan offers like a full desert safari experience with the 4x4 pick up, VIP dinner and quadbike experience (all in one na). So I messaged Adil again and asked if he has any offers - kasi kung meron tsaka kami mag finalize ng booking.
But he gave me the same rates and offers as before. So tinanong nya ako if he should proceed with the booking. Ang sagot ko was "Let me think about it. Thank you". The conversation should have been left at that.
Pero nagulat ako because he responded by saying, in verbatim: Since 4th March you still thinking. If you want cheap safari packages let me know where there is no standard no quality and no satisfaction like groupon and many online cheap safari. i share cheap safari packages you can select cheap one
He proceeds to send me cheap safari offers then says: look here in case you want low budget zero service packages.
Super disappointed and hurt at how I was treated. I can even send you screen shots personally/privately if you'd like.
I don't know really kung san ako nag kamali ng pag iinquire sa kanya. Is it because nainis sya na pag iisipan ko uli? But even then, it's not a reason to treat customers like that. Sabi mo, try muna namin ma-experience ung service before saying anything pero, how can we do that if inquiry stage pa lang ganyan na ung treatment samin? You're a frequent traveler and I'm sure kahit ikaw, hindi mo na gugustuhin mag proceed if you are belittled like that. Decided na sana kami mag proceed sa kanya kasi meron din syang option na quadbike experience lang etc. and also, this vlog was the video I sent my family members to watch para makakuha sila ng idea on what to expect.
:( Sorry if the comment came out as rude to you, that wasn't my intention, but then again, it's not that I'm destroying his business, it's just unfortunate that this is what I actually experienced.
