I would like you to know that I landed on Cay Sol in October of 1965, I was 4 yrs old, fleeing from Cuba, where we were picked up by the US Navy and transported to Key West, Florida. Today, I am 62 yrs old and lived mostly in South Florida my entire life. Thank You for allowing me to see a part of my history, I am grateful to see this video, and Blessed to live in the Land of the Free & Home of the Brave. God Bless the United States of America.

Old sailor’ lore means free wheeling adventure on the ocean. It conjures up nature, paths less traveled and memories made. Clay, you and Stephanie delivered that and more 100% with this video. As a young boy , and later as a working commercial diver … I had my adventures in these beautiful waters. They left their personal imprint of my soul. However… my boats and shore stays were pretty ragged compared to that amazing Contender’ and house. First cabin’ all the way guys. Thanks for the memories.

Personally one of my absolute favorites and after 35 years of exploring Bimini I’m still surprised at the treasures I discover in and around this gem.
