Worst customer service...Their Pixel does not work with Lofty even when they say it does. I tried asking for help several times but like most of these companies they use third-world VAs and they have a very poor language barrier so most of the help replies are just pre-written scripts cause I noticed they don't read the whole question of help and just assume a response. I do appreciate the 14-day free trial cause I was able to see how bad they really are as far as support.
