You cannot send tokens to the graveyard. Unfortunately, his 2nd ability doesn't work with scapegoat

@tlamogias Normally, Joey used "Sheep Tokens" for the condition of his "Panther Warrior" monster, which requires the Tribulation of a monster to attack.
