  • In this video I show how I install the Light Force Switch Fascia in my Ford Ranger Raptor, solving the problem of having nowhere to add additional control switches. I also road test the STEDI 42in LED roof mounted light bar. This is part 2 of the STEDI Light Bar Install video.

    Fantastic info, thanks mate. Bought a Stedi st3303 bar when working in Melb a couple of months ago - called out and saw the guys at Hoppers Crossing. They were very helpful. I also did the full LED upgrade in and out to my PXII WildTrack, but until now the light bar has been on the shelf in my garage awaiting me to make a start on it. I have two questions for you if I may.
      1. Is your five year warranty a standard manufacturer warranty from Ford or did you buy an extension. (Only three years standard warranty here in the uk)
      2. Does your vehicle insurance have to be notified for every mod and do they load your premium for it. Here they shaft you with higher premiums for mods that improve appearance in or out and improve performance.

    I bought an automotive panel removal set thru Amazon to remove the panels in my vehicles. Best investment I ever made. Be sure to get a set with the extra-wide tool; use it far more than the others to prevent breaking the plastic. The narrow ones do allow you to get to areas the wide one cannot access.

    i have just done this and its a bit complicated as suggested. just one tip, the 12V plug needs 2 steps to remove. first the plug at the rear, then inside the stell barrel there are two tiny clips inside that need to be pushed then the steel barrel comes away, then the plastic surround can be removed from the fascia. if you have the USB as the second plug, there are two tangs top and bottom that need to be pushed, then the USB can be pushed out. this took me ages to figure out. Ford said it couldn't be done so they were way helpful.

    first comment to your channel. cut the music. The reason I subsribed to your channel was because of you and the way you spoke/explained things that makes you unique. The music, typed words makes it like a 1,001 other channels. If you keep this way of doing it I'll just stop watching. Keep up the great work

    Maybe instead of music try a voice over

    • @RoundTheFire
      @RoundTheFire  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      Gday Tezza, Cheers for the comment mate. I definitely went with the voice over option first but it still left me with long sections of pure silence...had to resort to option "Z" and pick the best of a bad bunch of limited music selection available. This 7 min video is a condensed version of the ruffly 2H it took me to bang this switch panel in.
