I love Soul Food (1997). It was something new, fresh, unique, inventive, stylish, cool, edgy, hip, and updated such as the concept and theme due to it's witty and clever dialogue and humor, comedic moments, emotional resonance, performance's by the cast, motivational, powerful, and inspirational life messages. It also gives a insightful and articulate representation of up's and down's in adulthood and how to prepared for it. It was decent. To this day I still watch it and I consider it a classic. It never gets old.😍😎💯👍
Soul Food is a classic film in black cinema. 25 years later it still holds up extremely well. It has important messages about faith, family, food etc The cast did a wonderful job in the movie too.
