I couldn't help but notice that there was no mention of how long these batteries last compared to the original Nikon batteries--not that I expect them to last as long, but some kind of comparison would have been nice.
I paid good money for a new original Sony a spare, it did not come close to the one that came with the camera, had the exact same issue with my original Canon spares as well. My bridge cameras the same story. Went 3rd party with my first Nikon, Phottix still going fine. But a el 15 version does not charge on the 25a charger. I won't pop these in the same 25a charger, or the original in the RAVPower Dual Battery & Charger Kit for Nikon, only the RAV's will see it. It's still a risk to get the original thing because there are so many fake one's anyway. Currently no original one's available in my part of the world anyway. So what happens if your camera fails after you unknowingly bought a fake original, or Nikon claims that's it's a fake spare you brought and won't cover repair or replace it. How can one prove them wrong. They state that you must buy direct from trusted camera dealers, no stock so what now?

I just bought a pair for literally $10 so I'm about to find out! lol I think they will work, they just won't last as long and they can't be charged through the usb-c port on the camera.

So they have got around the no 3rd party programming in the Nikon D500? There is a limit on how much power you can draw off a USB port on a computer. I have been using the Watson 2 battery charger. You can get inserts for it and charge about any battery you want with it.
I have a couple questions: I know you can charge genuine Nikon EN-EL15 batteries on this RavPower charger, but is it possible to do the reverse, to charge the RavPower batteries on the Nikon charger? I ask because I'm wondering if you'd get a faster charge on the RavPower batteries, or would it do harm to them? The second question is, how have these batteries faired over time holding their power and generally performing?

Hi what is performance of battery does it equall as original battery which we received from canon or Nikon.
D500 should come with that dual battery charger... it consumes so fast the battery that you need at least two of them... just wondering who marked it as 1.240 shots CIPA... not even pòssible to take the half.
If this is charging off of a USB (2.0?) cable, then we're looking at about 2.4 amps total (1.2 amps per battery.) How long does it take to charge at this rate and how does that compare to the wall chargers?
