Shalom HaRav. You mentioned the performance of American soldiers around the 1:40 mark. It is true, what you said. I have seen the numbers. Man for man, German soldiers were far more effective than the Americans, or even the entire West. The combined Western forces were also only about 1/4 of the total effort. The Russians were the the biggest problem for the Germans by far. Even for WW2, the Americans didn't win the war. That's just effective propaganda. The Germans were going to lose against the Russians without any Western front by the time D-Day came around. All the Americans did was bring V-Day forward a bit.
