How can you say that the mitzvah of writing a sefer Torah is not relevant !? I could take that same reasoning to many other mitzvot as well

I'm just a Noahide, so don't take offense, but technically, he said not "so" relevant. He didn't say it wasn't relevant at all, just not as relevant as it was in the past when printing books was a lot harder.

Non-Jews can't make the blessing and must place it on the inside of the door. It must be placed in the upper 1/3rd of the door frame, on the right side when entering. The Ashkenazi custom is to tip the top of the Mezuzah towards the inside of the house. Since a Kosher Mezuzah contains text with G-d's Holy name, it must me handled respectfully. I.e. for heaven's sake don't put it near a Cross, New Testament, on a bathroom door, near where diapers are changed or where nakedness occurs (dressing, etc.)
